The role partners with marketing, business development, product, clinical research, and partner success teams to support enterprise sales and inform product strategy.

Leads Waymark’s strategic planning, OKR management, executive operating rhythm, internal communications, and business process development. Partners with the CEO and executive team to translate strategy into goals, improve cross-functional coordination, manage decision-making systems, produce executive and board communications, and drive high-priority initiatives. The role requires strong analytical, communication, financial modeling, process design, and influence skills in a healthcare-focused, high-growth environment.

Build and maintain healthcare software features using Elixir, React, and TypeScript. Fix bugs across the technology stack, configure local development environments, work with PostgreSQL, participate in code reviews and Agile planning, and collaborate with senior engineers, product, and design.
