Leads the Partner Experience team supporting district onboarding, implementation, training, engagement, renewals, and expansion across three education products. Manages team performance, capacity, workflows, partner health metrics, feedback loops, and operational improvements. Collaborates with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Marketing to ensure smooth handoffs, effective partner support, and data-driven improvements. Requires approximately monthly travel to partner districts, retreats, and company events.

Leads the 0-to-1 design and development of a K-5 foundational literacy curriculum strand. Owns research alignment, instructional architecture, scope and sequence, lesson routines, assessments, differentiation, quality standards, and materials development. Directs curriculum creators, reviews and coaches instructional work, and collaborates with product, design, assessment, editorial, production, and professional learning teams to create a rigorous, usable, scalable instructional system.

Generates and qualifies inbound and outbound sales opportunities for the District Sales team. Responsibilities include personalized outreach, lead qualification, scheduling meetings, researching district needs, using sales and AI tools, maintaining accurate CRM records, and sharing market insights with Sales and Marketing. The role supports pipeline growth through thoughtful outreach, strong handoffs, and cross-functional collaboration.
