Engage face-to-face with customers inside a Cabela’s location, generate leads, sell mini vacation getaways, overcome objections, and close sales. Representatives work 30 hours weekly, receive training, and may earn commissions based on package sales. The role requires strong communication, basic computer skills, standing throughout shifts, and willingness to complete a background check and drug test if hired.
