Leads engineering activities for NORAD’s NCMC-ITW/AA and Space Support mission. Oversees systems engineering processes, technical baseline management, risk assessment, lifecycle support, and technical debt reduction. Leads cross-disciplinary teams resolving complex system deficiencies, coordinates engineering change proposals, validates testing approaches, ensures documentation traceability, and conducts engineering reviews for mission-critical systems.

Develop, test, maintain, and integrate software components for secure, mission-critical program deliverables.
