Review approvals, issue checks, notify recipients, flag unusual or duplicate submissions, and maintain payment logs for reconciliation. Support the Head of HR with human resources operations, process development, organizational coordination, and communication across the virtual organization. This unpaid role requires a minimum six-month commitment, approximately 5–10 hours weekly, with mostly remote work and onsite attendance at New Jersey events.

Writes clear, concise copy for social, print, video, online, advertising, publications, and websites. Collaborates with HR, employees, and web administration to develop and publish content, including employee profiles and project materials. Responsibilities also include editing and proofreading copy, attending weekly meetings, and contributing approximately five hours weekly for a six- to twelve-month commitment. This is a remote, unpaid pro-bono volunteer role.
