Assists with residential property operations, leasing, resident recertifications, applications, unit showings, lease processing, collections, compliance, work orders, marketing, and administrative tasks. Supports the Community Manager with budgeting, accounts payable and receivable, eviction documentation, supply ordering, resident communications, and property inspections. The role requires residential real estate management experience, strong organization, conflict-resolution skills, and flexibility for occasional evening or weekend work.
