Manages accounts receivable, vendor payments, reconciliations, journal entries, payroll entries, grant-funded invoicing, financial reporting, budgeting support, audit preparation, and accounting records. Ensures compliance with GAAP and A-133 principles while supporting the CFO and serving as backup for accounts payable. The role also assists with accounting system maintenance, document retention, and fiscal project transactions in a nonprofit environment.
