The role requires coordinating internal and external stakeholders, translating customer requirements into project specifications, supporting pre-sales activities, and traveling up to 20%.

Supports enterprise sales opportunities through technical discovery, tailored product demonstrations, solution design, proof-of-concept support, RFP responses, and security reviews. Translates clinical, operational, compliance, business, and technical requirements into practical platform solutions. Partners with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Solution Engineering, and EDI teams throughout complex sales cycles, while contributing to enablement, mentoring, market feedback, and presales process improvement.
