Creates on-brand graphics for digital advertisements, social media, web pages, email campaigns, presentations, and print materials. Develops visual concepts, maintains brand consistency, prepares production-ready files, collaborates with marketing and content teams, manages multiple projects, and revises designs based on stakeholder feedback. Requires strong design judgment, communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Develop and maintain responsive full-stack web applications, including user interfaces, server-side logic, RESTful APIs, microservices, and database solutions. Collaborate with product managers and designers, participate in the full software development lifecycle, troubleshoot application issues, optimize performance and security, and ensure cross-platform compatibility. The role requires strong programming, database, debugging, communication, and collaboration skills within an agile, remote-first environment.

Serves as the primary contact for policyholders through phone, email, and live chat. Resolves coverage, billing, and claims inquiries; processes policy changes and cancellations; documents interactions in CRM software; collaborates with claims and underwriting; and identifies appropriate upsell or cross-sell opportunities. Requires strong communication, empathy, problem-solving, multitasking, computer proficiency, and at least two years of customer service experience. An Insurance Producer's License or willingness to obtain one is required.

Reviews records for errors, maintains data integrity, organizes physical and electronic files, protects confidential information, and supports clerical tasks such as scanning documents and generating reports. Requires strong typing accuracy, attention to detail, organization, confidentiality, and deadline management.
