Leads complex, cross-functional technical programs across Salesforce, product, and go-to-market teams. Owns initiatives from strategy and scoping through delivery, launch, and adoption; builds roadmaps, governance, reporting, and operating cadences; manages dependencies, resources, risks, and trade-offs; and presents recommendations to senior leadership. Partners with RevOps, engineering, BI, sales, marketing, onboarding, and support teams to drive measurable business outcomes in ambiguous environments.

Lead and grow Security and IT technical program management teams, oversee the cybersecurity and IT portfolio, establish prioritization and reporting processes, translate strategy into roadmaps, manage enterprise risks and dependencies, and communicate delivery status and trade-offs to executives. The role requires strong program leadership, technical fluency, cybersecurity knowledge, and experience managing people and complex cross-functional initiatives.

Lead comprehensive customer onboarding programs through discovery sessions, virtual training, LMS learning paths, and occasional onsite visits. Manage and support onboarding specialists, resolve complex implementation issues, build strategic customer relationships, document requirements for Product teams, and synthesize customer feedback to improve products, training, and onboarding processes.

Own the CRM and lifecycle product roadmap, backlog, and enterprise capabilities across email, SMS, automated journeys, and lifecycle tools. Lead cross-functional Agile delivery, conduct customer discovery, define requirements and success metrics, and drive post-launch iteration. Champion CRM strategy and compliance, including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CCPA, consent, preferences, and opt-in/opt-out governance.

Supports the legal team’s product and privacy work by maintaining regulatory and compliance documentation, drafting privacy-related agreements and notices, researching global laws, coordinating cross-functional legal workflows, assisting with privacy program administration, evaluating legal technology and AI tools, and improving processes, records, and communications.

Lead and grow an engineering team responsible for scalable cloud platform foundations and developer infrastructure. Set technical direction, make architectural decisions, establish goals, prioritize resources, and guide execution through ambiguity. Partner with Product and Engineering teams to build standardized contact solutions for CRM use cases across business verticals. Drive reliability through infrastructure as code, CI/CD, observability, incident response, and scalable cloud operations while contributing to engineering-wide initiatives.
