Produces user manuals, how-to guides, reference materials, and other documentation for technical and non-technical audiences. Collaborates with developers, quality engineers, project managers, and subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy. Reviews and updates existing content, researches complex technical topics, and creates clear, user-friendly documentation. The role is fully remote and requires an IT-II clearance or previous T3 background investigation.

Resolves connectivity issues, recommends system enhancements, supports operational systems, and directs system administrators. Requires advanced knowledge of application networking, load balancing, and fault tolerance, plus Okta certification and five years of professional Okta experience.

Oversee large, complex task orders, coordinating government stakeholders, technical teams, task order managers, and program leadership. Manage task order performance, schedules, deliverables, communications, and technical solution implementation in accordance with contract requirements. Responsibilities include planning, configuring, maintaining, upgrading, and troubleshooting infrastructure; resolving connectivity issues; conducting performance and capacity analysis; developing automation scripts; documenting procedures; training administrators and users; recommending technology improvements; and directing system administrators. The role also supports information-system planning, design, testing, integration, and application networking, including load balancing and fault tolerance.

Leads execution of a government cybersecurity task order supporting DLA RMF assessment, authorization, and compliance activities. Manages contract performance, project schedules, staffing, technical deliverables, risks, stakeholder coordination, executive reporting, and workforce security compliance. Oversees RMF artifacts, cybersecurity policy alignment, contractor certifications, clearances, and CAC access requirements across DLA information systems, Platform IT, and operational technology environments.

Provides expert infrastructure, application, and database support for a federal AMPS program. Administers, implements, sustains, and troubleshoots Oracle Database, SOA, SSO, OAM, OIM, OBIEE, and OAC environments. Develops innovative technical solutions, supports executive-level project teams, provides technical direction, and produces high-quality technical documentation and government deliverables. The role is fully remote and requires a Secret clearance before onboarding.

Administers, supports, maintains, and optimizes SAP applications and environments. Provides technical leadership for complex projects, leads smaller initiatives, analyzes business processes, resolves complex technical and process issues, reviews administrator work, and mentors junior staff.
