Provides office administration, customer service, billing, invoicing, payment processing, account maintenance, credit card reconciliation, contract coordination, service request entry, and front desk support. The role also handles customer communications and supports team-building and community outreach activities.

The Inside Sales Representative engages existing and prospective customers, identifies sales opportunities, provides consultative support, maintains CRM data, follows up on opportunities, prepares proposals, and works toward sales targets. The role also supports sales projects, develops product knowledge, collaborates across teams, and helps resolve customer issues while maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.

Administer contract workflows by accurately entering documents, tracking reviews, coordinating negotiations, verifying signatures and amendments, and routing executed contracts so work can proceed. Review contracts, purchase orders, and master service agreements against standard procedures, resolve issues with Risk and Operations, document safety and site-access requirements in the ERP, and support internal teams, customers, sales, and operations.

Develop and maintain B2B relationships with commercial and industrial building owners, hospitals, schools, colleges, and municipalities. Sell commercial doors and related products and services, meet sales and gross profit targets, maintain the CRM daily, and support customer needs across Colorado Springs and surrounding areas.

Supports inside sales by contacting residential customers, developing opportunities, solving problems, and preparing pricing and proposals. Coordinates with management and service technicians on complex projects, estimates labor and materials, submits proposals within 24 hours, maintains CRM and SAM records, supports order entry, meets sales objectives, and provides product knowledge. Requires strong customer service, numerical, organizational, time-management, multitasking, and technical aptitude, with blueprint experience preferred.
