Provides customer and technical support for residential and small-business internet subscribers through phone, text, chat, and email. Troubleshoots WAN, LAN, cloud networking, and infrastructure devices; resolves support tickets remotely; documents procedures; and coordinates with engineers, field technicians, and support staff. The role includes customer education, billing assistance, multi-channel communication, CLI use, and evening or weekend shifts.
