Manage personal injury insurance claims from filing through resolution, communicating with adjusters, attorneys, clients, medical providers, and other parties. Review medical records, bills, correspondence, and claim documentation; track deadlines and follow-ups; identify missing information; maintain accurate case notes; support claim evaluations and settlement negotiations; and escalate delays or issues while managing multiple cases remotely.

Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution, serving as the primary client contact and coordinating medical treatment, records, billing, deadlines, documentation, and settlement preparation. The role is fully remote, relationship-focused, and compensated through a competitive base salary, uncapped commissions, and performance bonuses.
