Build and operate production backend services, APIs, relational data models, AI and customer integrations, asynchronous workflows, and cloud infrastructure. Debug issues across application, data, model, and infrastructure layers while contributing to architecture and engineering practices. Collaborate with founders, product leaders, designers, and customers while owning projects from problem definition through production.

Conduct cold calls and outreach to candidates, build relationships, manage contact lists, and guide candidates toward successful placements. The role offers training, flexible remote work, and uncapped commission of $5,000 per placement. No prior recruiting experience is required.
