Coordinate government range authorities, safety organizations, logistics, airspace requirements, and test approvals. Manage explosive-material handling, hazardous shipping documentation, chain of custody, and compliance with DoD, ATF, DDESB, DOT, and applicable STANAG requirements.

Senior propulsion engineer responsible for tactical solid rocket motor ballistic performance modeling, structural and thermal analysis, testing, characterization, and validation.
