Manage assigned parking accounts, including operations, account transitions, staffing, customer service, budgets, P&L, procurement, reporting, marketing execution, compliance, recruiting, training, and employee development. Identify new business opportunities, perform due diligence and underwriting, and provide administrative support while maintaining company values and service standards.

Provides friendly customer service at parking facilities, assists with kiosk and scan-to-pay transactions, directs drivers, maintains clean work areas, audits parking lots, issues citations for violations, and reports customer or facility issues. The role requires schedule flexibility, outdoor work in varying climates, occasional lifting, and a valid driver license with three years of satisfactory driving experience.
