Manage group travel logistics and operations for sports and group accounts: source and negotiate hotels using CVENT, prepare contracts and RFPs, track opportunities in Salesforce, support finance and partner relationships, and report to senior leadership.

Lead PIVOT's racket sports property sales: manage client relationships and direct reports, drive sponsorship revenue across tennis, pickleball and padel, originate and close deals, deliver presentations, cross-sell across properties, and report progress to senior leadership.

Manage WNBA and group travel accounts including sales, client onboarding, sourcing, contracting, day-to-day operations, partner relationships, and finance/analytics. Negotiate hotel deals, finalize contracts, support additional travel services, and report to senior leadership while meeting revenue goals.
