Builds relationships with architects, designers, contractors, business owners, and end users; manages projects from product selection through installation and claims; prospects customers, tracks orders, coordinates deliveries, presents product education, and maintains accounts through Salesforce. Daily travel, client entertaining, and strong communication are required.

Leads regional commercial flooring sales across Colorado, New Mexico, and Austin, Texas. Responsibilities include coaching and developing Account Executives, setting goals, managing budgets and account assignments, identifying project opportunities, analyzing sales performance, recruiting and retaining sales talent, supporting client presentations, and traveling with salespeople to provide feedback. The role also drives communication, teamwork, strategic planning, and execution of commercial division programs.
