Provides clinical and technical implementation support for client software, hardware, and EHR solutions. Configures systems to meet clinical workflows, conducts integration and system testing, troubleshoots issues, develops test scripts, gathers requirements, and collaborates with development and engineering teams. Manages implementation risks, project milestones, documentation, training, and end-user support.
