Own the full partner lifecycle for managed service providers, from prospecting and contracting through launch, expansion, and renewal. Recruit and close MSP partners, help them package and sell Frame’s cybersecurity offering, drive customer deployments, build joint growth plans, manage executive relationships, and achieve recurring revenue, activation, retention, and expansion targets. Contribute to scalable partner processes, playbooks, enablement, and cross-functional improvements.

Recruit, launch, and grow managed service provider partners for Frame Security. Responsibilities include prospecting and closing MSPs, managing pipelines, leading discovery and commercial discussions, enabling partner launches, driving customer deployments, and growing revenue, retention, and expansion. The role manages multiple partner relationships, tracks ARR and quota attainment, improves partner processes, and provides feedback to internal teams.

Build, manage, and grow Frame’s value-added reseller ecosystem. Recruit and onboard strategic partners, develop channel sales strategies, enable partners through training and support, create joint go-to-market plans, track partner performance and revenue forecasts, support partner-generated deals, and identify new partnership opportunities. The role owns both partner acquisition and ongoing account growth while collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams.

Own Frame Security’s end-to-end growth marketing engine, including paid acquisition, SEO, website conversion, email, social, content distribution, analytics, and experimentation. Drive marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue while partnering with founders on messaging, positioning, launches, and go-to-market strategy. Build dashboards, optimize campaigns, develop thought leadership, and establish the company as a category leader in cybersecurity.

Provide pre-sales technical solution design for LATAM customers and resellers, including discovery, security demos, proof-of-concept evaluations, and technical buy-in. Lead post-sale implementation and onboarding, support identity and email integrations, create technical playbooks and demo environments, and train reseller partners. Translate complex cybersecurity concepts into business value while identifying customer optimization opportunities and supporting logo acquisition.
