Supervises cash office personnel and financial operations across two to three accounts. Oversees cash handling, HQ reporting, accounts payable transmissions, reconciliations, fiscal deadlines, vendor coordination, inventory documentation, and administrative support. Develops training, analyzes financial trends, supports compliance and guest experience, and travels regularly between assigned locations. Requires cash-handling and multi-site administrative management experience, Microsoft 365 proficiency, leadership skills, a driver’s license, and schedule flexibility.
