Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts across phone, email, and chat; resolve issues, process orders/payments/appointments, update CRM records, escalate complex cases, and meet call-center performance targets while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.

Design, develop, and optimize relational and NoSQL databases. Write complex SQL, stored procedures, and ETL scripts. Ensure data integrity, performance tuning, migrations, integrations, security, and documentation. Collaborate with developers, DBAs, and business teams and support environments from development to production.

Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack web applications. Create responsive front-end interfaces, develop scalable back-end services and APIs, design and manage databases, implement security, write automated tests, optimize performance, and collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers across the SDLC.
