Oversees contract phase-in, workforce transition, service delivery, cybersecurity, compliance, quality, legacy mission-system sustainment, subcontractors, and fixed-price financial performance. Requires executive stakeholder engagement, active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, on-site Colorado Springs work, routine installation travel, and after-hours on-call availability.
