Lead national major gift fundraising to grow individual, corporate, and foundation support for Great Hearts’ expansion, with a special focus on Texas. Manage a portfolio of ~100–150 major prospects: identify, cultivate, solicit, steward, and upgrade donors; conduct prospect research; coordinate campaigns; collaborate with leadership and regional teams; and travel nationwide for face-to-face meetings.
