Own the mobile in-app product line end-to-end: set vision and roadmap, define and track KPIs (adoption, revenue, SDK performance), lead launches, collaborate with Engineering/Ad Ops/Sales, perform customer research with publishers (especially gaming), and build scalable, self-service monetization solutions.

Design, build, and maintain scalable, responsive frontend applications using React, Vue, and TypeScript. Convert UI/UX designs to pixel-perfect interfaces, optimize performance and memory usage, ensure accessibility, integrate with backend APIs, and contribute to architectural and technical decisions while collaborating with product, design, and backend teams.

Analyze ad performance metrics (revenue, CPM, fill rates), produce regular reports, support yield and ad ops to optimize inventory across direct and programmatic channels, perform basic forecasting and scenario analysis, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and document insights and testing frameworks to improve monetization.

Build Aditude's product marketing function: define positioning, buyer personas, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement. Create messaging, documentation, product architecture, and enablement programs. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to track KPIs and drive enterprise adoption.
