Manages designated accounts, coordinates with processing and distribution teams, resolves order and service issues, and supports company profitability. Represents the company at conferences, trade shows, and industry events while maintaining strong customer relationships and managing multiple priorities.

Oversee financial accounting for assigned distribution and fulfillment locations, ensuring accurate reporting, policy adherence, SOX compliance, and audit readiness. Analyze business performance, KPIs, risks, and opportunities while advising general managers on financial decisions. Supervise month-end close, inventory reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, financial controls, and direct-report task allocation.
