Provides federal HR support for staffing, classification, payroll, benefits, leave, compensation, employee relations, and personnel records. Processes complex pay and leave cases, resolves discrepancies, conducts desk audits, prepares classification reports, researches HR policies, and advises managers and employees. Also performs administrative duties including calendar management, travel coordination, correspondence, records maintenance, SharePoint uploads, and SOP development. Supports DHS ICE’s Human Resources Operations Center.

Provides federal HR support to DHS and ICE, including personnel and payroll processing, leave and time administration, recruitment, benefits, classification, compensation, employee relations, and pay discrepancy resolution. Maintains personnel records, researches waivers and hearings, conducts desk audits, prepares reports, drafts SOPs, and develops manager and employee guidance. Also delivers administrative support such as calendar coordination, travel arrangements, meeting preparation, correspondence, filing, SharePoint uploads, and office supply monitoring.

Provides broad federal HR support, including personnel and payroll processing, leave and pay administration, recruitment, classification, benefits, employee records, case research, and employee guidance. Conducts desk audits, prepares classification reports, resolves pay discrepancies, drafts procedures and training materials, and supports managers with administrative tasks such as calendars, travel, meetings, correspondence, files, and SharePoint documentation.

Provides advanced federal HR support for DHS ICE, covering staffing, classification, benefits, recruitment, compensation, employee and labor relations, and HR policy. Researches and develops policies and SOPs, improves workflows, builds reports and internal controls, and conducts workforce studies involving mobility, competencies, career paths, performance, staffing, and demand. Requires extensive federal HR experience, strong communication and presentation skills, and proficiency with HR and agency information systems.

Provide advanced federal HR support across staffing, classification, payroll/personnel actions, benefits, retirement counseling, recruitment, policy, and employee/labor relations. Lead contractor staff, develop SOPs, produce reports, perform quality assurance, support audits, coordinate security and pre-employment processes, and train/advise hiring managers and HRAs on federal HR systems and procedures.

Provide HR support across staffing, classification, payroll, leave, benefits, recruitment, employee/labor relations, and HR policy. Lead operational processing, review and process personnel actions (SF-52), develop SOPs, perform quality assurance, advise managers, coordinate security/retirement paperwork, produce reports and metrics, support audits and HRIT testing, and supervise/mentor contractor HR staff.

Provide HR support across staffing, classification, payroll, benefits, recruitment, compensation, employee/labor relations, and related administrative duties. Process personnel/payroll actions, manage records, conduct desk audits, resolve pay issues, assist policy/SOP development, and support managers and staff with federal HR guidance and training.

Serve as a senior federal HR specialist performing staffing, classification, personnel actions (SF-52), benefits and retirement counseling, operational HR processing, audits, reporting, SOP development, training and quality assurance. Advise managers on job analyses, recruitment, pay setting (including law enforcement), and coordinate security and pre-employment processes while leading contractor staff and supporting HR systems and enhancement testing.
