Manage the company's auto liability, property damage, and workers' compensation claims as an individual contributor. Investigate claims, coordinate with insurers and defense counsel, set reserves, attend mediations/depositions, ensure regulatory compliance, prepare claims reports, and recommend loss-reduction measures. Provide claimant/customer service and collaborate cross-functionally.
