Lead multiple concurrent federal grants-management projects supporting the Office of Head Start West Region. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring staff, managing deliverables and timelines, developing SOPs and quality-control procedures, coordinating grant reviews and awards, providing regulatory and technical guidance, supporting monitoring activities, and serving as a client-facing point of contact. The role requires extensive Head Start grants experience, strong communication and data presentation skills, Public Trust eligibility, onsite work, and 10–20% regional travel.

Leads grants management data analysis, reporting, governance, quality assurance, metadata management, database maintenance, systems testing, and records management. Consolidates data from multiple sources, develops reports and training, supports grant lifecycle activities, creates SOPs and QC procedures, and coordinates project timelines and deliverables. Provides client and grantee support while serving as the data and systems liaison between functional and technical teams.
