Support, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain cloud/enterprise financial applications. Serve as technical/functional SME, manage user access, create custom reports, perform data manipulation and QA, coordinate integrations and updates, support implementations and SOX audit activities, and communicate status to stakeholders.

Provide end-user technical support for corporate, remote, and field users across Windows, macOS, mobile, AV/Teams Rooms, printers, and peripherals. Configure, image, deploy, and manage device lifecycle and inventory. Troubleshoot networking, endpoint security, and collaboration tools; manage IT assets and coordinate shipping/returns. Support projects, after-hours incidents, and executive-level users while maintaining documentation, service standards, and continuous improvement.

Lead payroll operations to ensure accurate, timely payroll processing, reconciliations, reporting, and compliance. Research and resolve discrepancies, support audits, coach junior staff, coordinate vendors, and drive process improvements across payroll, HRIS, and finance systems.
