Designs aerial and underground outside plant fiber optic and copper telecommunications networks, including FTTH and GPON systems. Collaborates with engineering, design, construction, utility, and cross-functional teams. The role is 90% home-based with occasional travel and may transition to office-based work near Florence, Kentucky.

Maintains project logs and trackers, prepares WIP reports, forecasts, and earned value metrics, and uses Excel and Power BI for performance analysis. The role is remote or hybrid with travel to project sites and offices up to 15%.

Lead planning and delivery of large-scale telecommunications construction projects (fiber, small cell, wireless towers).
