Leads healthcare program enrollments from qualified referral through intake, Medicaid approval, enrollment, and post-enrollment handoff. Conducts home and center visits, manages CRM and EHR documentation, educates prospective participants and families, coordinates with referral sources and internal teams, presents cases for enrollment decisions, closes sales, and supports enrollment representatives. Supports accurate and timely payroll processing through data entry, timekeeping reviews, audits, reconciliations, payroll and benefit updates, reporting, recordkeeping, and employee issue resolution. Works with HR, Benefits, Finance, managers, and employees while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with payroll laws and organizational policies. Assists with payroll training, audits, year-end activities, payment programs, and process improvements.

Provides customer service to residents, families, employees, and vendors; supports tours, events, dining coverage, and occasional manager-on-duty responsibilities.
