Lead and grow strategic relationships with national electrical contractors, OEMs, and distribution partners. Develop account strategies, negotiate contracts, drive revenue through upsell/cross-sell, collaborate with internal teams, support project business, and represent the company at trade shows and customer sites. Role requires ~50% travel.

Lead lifecycle management and go-to-market for data center power products (PDU and accessories). Define roadmap, gather customer feedback, perform competitive analysis, support pricing, launches, training, and cross-functional coordination with engineering, sales, marketing, manufacturing, and support. Travel with sales and represent products at customer demos and industry events.

Lead backend platform engineering for a centralized SAP Commerce backend: build and maintain custom extensions, integrate with ERP/PIM/CRM via middleware, diagnose production issues using Commerce Cloud and Dynatrace, design OCC/headless APIs, and raise team capability through reviews and documentation.

Design and apply Starline high-amperage busduct systems: produce system layouts, technical offers, and drawings; support sales/customers with estimation, compliance, troubleshooting, training, and project lifecycle coordination; collaborate with internal teams for assembly and field issue resolution.

Serve as primary client contact for global key accounts, lead multiple projects end-to-end, manage schedules, scope, documentation, change control, shipment and delivery tracking, financial progress billing, forecasting support, and stakeholder communications; attend onsite kickoffs and travel up to 20%.
