Coordinate emergency roadside assistance through high-volume inbound/outbound customer and service-provider communications, document interactions, troubleshoot breakdowns, escalate complex events, and complete ongoing training to minimize downtime and cost.

Support branch operational efficiency by handling accounts receivable, fleet licensing and vendor coordination, payroll and personnel files, and process analysis using reporting systems.
