Trainee will learn sales and operations, develop solutions for local and national accounts, manage fleet productivity and customer satisfaction, generate leads and maintain customer relationships. Role includes DOT-regulated driving, maintaining driver qualification files, travel within the district, background and drug screening, and physical tasks up to 25 lbs. Coordinate branch administrative and financial processes to support profitability and customer service. Manage accounts receivable, lease/contract billing, fleet licensing/permitting, process analyses using Qlikview/AS400, maintain personnel files, payroll, and assist branch and district financial managers.

Manage local and national customer accounts, generate new business, oversee fleet productivity and customer satisfaction, perform sales and operations tasks, maintain DOT driver qualifications, and complete required training and compliance checks.

Lead warehouse operations and teams to meet customer KPIs and financial targets. Recruit, train, develop, and retain staff; drive process improvements, safety culture, fleet/equipment optimization, and P&L management while ensuring regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.

Coordinate emergency roadside assistance through high-volume inbound/outbound customer and service-provider communications, document interactions, troubleshoot breakdowns, escalate complex events, and complete ongoing training to minimize downtime and cost.
