Senior individual-contributor responsible for a portfolio of strategic customer accounts: develop and execute account plans, drive value realization and solution adoption, secure renewals and growth, build executive relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, surface expansion opportunities, manage risks and governance, and support change management to deliver measurable business outcomes.
