Align People and business stakeholders, govern configuration and data, manage integrations, drive automation with AI, oversee releases, change management, UAT, documentation, and ensure global compliance and scalable HR platform design.

Define and lead cloud and platform architecture for scalable, secure, cost‑efficient cloud-hosted applications. Oversee shared platform capabilities, review solution designs, embed security and governance, design data and integration platforms, lead migrations and modernization, set observability and resilience patterns, and provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering and SRE teams.
