Sell Nissan and Mitsubishi vehicles by understanding customer needs, demonstrating vehicle features, following up with leads and showroom guests, and guiding buyers through the purchase process. The role emphasizes relationship building, communication, negotiation, customer service, and achieving sales results. No prior automotive sales experience is required; paid training, coaching, commission-based compensation, bonuses, and advancement opportunities are provided.

Arranges vehicle financing, presents additional ownership products, structures profitable and collectible deals, submits applications to lenders, makes credit decisions, closes transactions, ensures regulatory compliance, prepares contracts, audits completed deals, and expedites contract funding. The role also requires knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures, strong communication and negotiation skills, a valid driver’s license, and successful background and drug screening.

Sell new and used vehicles to customers, maintain professional appearance, use computers/CRM, complete Colorado sales license exam, pass background and drug screens, work as part of a team, and participate in training and performance-based pay plans.
