Lead and oversee daily accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, payroll, fixed assets, and reconciliations. Manage monthly/quarterly/annual close, prepare and analyze financial statements, ensure GAAP compliance, coordinate audits, maintain internal controls, and lead budgeting/forecasting. Supervise and develop accounting staff, manage ERP/accounting systems, support tax filings, and provide financial insights to senior leadership to improve profitability and efficiency.

Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to drive onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion. Serve as primary client contact, run business reviews, monitor adoption metrics, resolve issues with cross-functional teams, and deliver success plans, training, and reporting to improve satisfaction and renewals.

Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems; diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and account issues; escalate complex problems, document interactions, maintain KB articles, and collaborate with engineering and QA to improve product performance.

Gather and document business and functional requirements, analyze processes, recommend improvements, produce BRDs/FRDs/user stories and process maps, support solution design, UAT, testing and deployment, produce reports/dashboards, monitor project progress, and support change management and stakeholder communication.

Provide remote executive support including calendar and travel management, call/email screening, briefing prep, vendor and project deadline tracking, document preparation, CRM data entry, and ad hoc administrative tasks.
