Senior Technical Recruiter responsible for developing recruiting strategies, sourcing and evaluating software, mechanical, and electrical engineering candidates, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, conducting technical screenings, maintaining talent pipelines, reporting on recruiting data, and representing the company at industry events. The role partners closely with hiring managers, technical leaders, sourcing teams, and the People Team to deliver strong candidate experiences and build diverse engineering teams.

Recruit engineering talent across software, mechanical, and electrical disciplines.
