Sell loading dock equipment, maintenance, and services to manufacturing warehouses and distribution centers within an assigned territory. Prospect new business, cold call, build relationships with operations managers, conduct site surveys, translate ROI into solutions, and meet sales goals. The role also educates customers, supports product training, collaborates with suppliers, and manages existing customer expectations while developing new opportunities.

Manage and grow relationships with designated national accounts to meet sales goals. Drive the full sales process—site outreach, quoting, negotiating, closing—and hit KPI targets. Collaborate with internal teams, use CRM/tracker tools, perform surveys and recurring service activities, calculate job costs and pricing, and ensure excellent customer service and compliance with company policies.
