Leads regional distribution and foodservice sales strategy, enterprise account development, channel partnerships, forecasting, pricing, and revenue growth. Manages distributor and broker relationships, negotiates contracts, oversees trade spend and account profitability, and leads a team of Sales Managers. Partners with Marketing, QA, and Operations on product launches, cold-chain standards, and customer feedback. Requires travel up to 50% to visit partners, accounts, and industry events.

Own regional sales strategy, P&L, revenue, margin, distribution, and trade spend for specialty foodservice and broadline distributor accounts. Manage distributor relationships, negotiate contracts and pricing, forecast performance, identify market expansion opportunities, support product launches, and hold partners accountable through scorecards. The role requires frequent regional travel, market analysis, CRM usage, and collaboration with Marketing, Operations, and QA.
