Lead month-end close activities, reconcile balance sheet accounts, post accruals and amortization entries, oversee accounts receivable and revenue posting, prepare weekly and monthly reports, assist with audits, and maintain confidentiality across multi-entity accounting systems.

Provide high-trust executive support to the CEO and select executive team members, manage complex calendars, travel, expenses, and executive communications; coordinate board operations and governance documentation; maintain digital document systems and organizational charts; serve as primary external contact for stakeholders and manage office logistics and company events in Boulder (hybrid). Ensure confidentiality, cultural competence, and polished executive presentation design.
