Support preparation, prosecution, and filing of foreign patent applications (PCT, utility, design, utility model). Maintain foreign filing docket, prepare cover letters and cost estimates, review foreign associate correspondence, communicate with foreign associates and attorneys, and assist attorneys with prosecution and procedural tasks.

Provide attorney support in U.S. and foreign patent prosecution: open and maintain patent files, prepare and file patent documents, manage docketing and client communications, maintain docket log, and perform administrative tasks. Hybrid role requiring minimum three days in office and occasional extended hours.
