Manage and deliver firm-wide training and onboarding, develop training materials and documentation, evaluate skill needs, run user adoption programs for software and processes, support application roll-outs, provide one-on-one support, and coordinate with IT, HR, and practice leaders to drive technology adoption and productivity.

Provide attorney support in U.S. and foreign patent prosecution: open and maintain patent files, prepare and file patent documents, manage docketing and client communications, maintain docket log, and perform administrative tasks. Hybrid role requiring minimum three days in office and occasional extended hours.
