Contract eLearning Web Developer to collaborate with SDU staff and vendors to interpret storyboards and build interactive, accessible web-based training modules. Create and edit images using advanced imaging tools, follow predetermined specifications with minimal supervision, and attend required SDU training courses.

Design and implement application architecture and hosting strategies (SaaS/Cloud). Lead technical projects, ensure security compliance and data governance (PII/FTI/PHI), optimize scalability and load testing, oversee HW/SW design, and manage change across concurrent initiatives; experience with Salesforce required.

Analyze product design changes and document impacts; enforce configuration management procedures; coordinate with customers and manufacturers; provision and troubleshoot Cisco VoIP phones and voicemail; handle ServiceNow ticketing and provide customer support.

Provide IAM provisioning support including ticket management and customer service. Manage permissions, groups, and least-privilege access using Active Directory, CA Service Desk and Google. Troubleshoot basic networking and computer systems, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and deliver excellent customer service.

Design and implement a marijuana-focused data warehouse and reusable APIs (Mulesoft). Identify data gaps, define system enhancements and governance, develop ETL/ingestion workflows, design APIs and integrations, evaluate visualization/analytics engines, and publish data to the state open data portal while collaborating with state agencies and system engineers.

Develop, test, debug, and maintain .NET applications and systems using ASP.NET, MVC, C#, and SQL. Design/enhance databases or coordinate with DBAs, diagnose and resolve software issues, and communicate technical information to non-technical clients.
