Serve as primary commercial contact to develop and expand relationships with key customers and partners. Create and execute strategic account plans, coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve technical and delivery issues, improve forecasting accuracy, analyze sales metrics, and identify new revenue opportunities across programs, products, and market segments. Requires frequent customer engagement and international travel.

Support the Commercial Team with CRM data cleanup, sales process documentation, workflow analysis, and basic opportunity data analysis. Meet with sales and operations teammates, map workflows, identify inefficiencies, and help create process documentation and tools to improve CRM data consistency and team efficiency.
