Leads complex employee relations and workplace investigations across a distributed workforce, including harassment, discrimination, ethics, misconduct, and policy matters. Manages the ethics hotline and conflict-of-interest register, develops internal controls, supports employment-law compliance, reviews high-risk employment actions, and assists with agency responses. Produces defensible findings, advises HR and operational leaders, delivers training, maintains policies, and tracks corrective actions. The role is primarily remote with travel to field locations, potentially up to 50%.

Leads IT integration projects for acquired businesses, managing requirements, scopes, vendor SOWs, development, QA, testing, cutover, communications, training, and project tracking. Oversees the IT Specialist and Salesforce Administrator while coordinating with legal, business development, developers, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders. Requires strong project management, communication, analytical, multitasking, and Agile/Scrum skills.

Build and maintain regional commercial insurance relationships to generate new business. Conduct inside/outside sales, networking, events, and proposals. Track activities in Salesforce, meet KPIs and annual sales goals, and participate in regional marketing and trade events.
