Seeking an Infrastructure Architect specializing in midrange Intel platforms. Role requires expertise in designing, planning, and architecting Intel-based infrastructure solutions to support enterprise systems.

Provide first-line end-user technical support via phone and email; identify, research, and resolve hardware/software issues; document and track incidents to resolution following established guidelines. Relies on instructions and standard procedures; requires ~1 year experience or equivalent education.

Plan and engineer systems infrastructure (hardware and software), monitor system performance, and lead QA automation. Implement functional, integration (API/interface), E2E and acceptance testing. Use deployment tools such as Docker, Puppet, and Kubernetes. Requires a bachelor's degree and significant QA automation experience.

Design and document speech Voice User Interfaces (VUI/IVR), perform requirements discovery, prompt scripting, and speech tuning. Follow established processes and formats, produce extensive documentation, communicate with clients, manage priorities, and work autonomously or on a team. Overtime, nights/weekends, and up to ~25% travel may be required. Multi-lingual, GVP, transcription, and technical writing experience are a plus.

Design, implement, and administer databases (primarily SQL Server). Perform production maintenance, backups/restores, SSIS development, indexing, table and stored-procedure maintenance, create/modify maintenance plans, support Service Desk issues, and participate in project work. Must document status, problems, and resolutions and present reports.
