Senior Java developer responsible for designing, developing, and deploying Java/J2EE web applications and web services (SOAP/REST). Work includes microservices development, CI/CD, Tomcat/WebLogic deployments, JDBC/Hibernate/iBatis integration, caching, performance tuning, and supporting assessment/design/code/build/deploy phases for US Cable MSO systems.

Gather and document business requirements, create BRDs, UML diagrams and test plans; validate solutions and deployments; ensure WCAG2.0 accessibility compliance and testing; capture and map business processes for portals/billing-payment domain; coordinate consulting engagements and travel.
