Lead and maintain the property's IT infrastructure and security, provide end-user support and training, manage IT projects and vendor contracts, ensure compliance (PCI/GDPR), maintain backups and connectivity, and provide on-call and AV support to optimize guest and operational technology services.

Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, prepare journal entries and financial reports, reconcile bank/AP/AR, process expense reports, support audits, and contribute to budgeting and variance analysis while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and hotel policies.

Provide HR administrative support, serve as first point of contact for team members, coordinate training and compliance (Workers' Compensation, OSHA), maintain talent records, assist policy development, and organize culture-building activities and events.
